Description - Ashwagandha translates to "smell of the horse" in Sanskrit, and if you ever bring a fresh root close to your nose, you will know why! Said to impart the stamina, strength, and vigor of a stallion, Ashwagandha has an unexplained property called Prabhava in Ayurveda- it boosts your energy and performance while simultaneously calming down your stress. Kerala Ayurveda Ashwagandhadi Lehyam is made based on the ancient recipe from Sahasrayogam and is enriched with Vajikarana herbs that promote strength and good physique- Ashwagandha, Safed musli, and Thila in a delicious base of jaggery, sugar, and ghee. It is classified under Rasayana aushadhas or medicines that promote rejuvenation.

How to use - "1)Consume 1- 2 tsp Kerala Ayurveda Ashwagandhadi Lehyam twice a day after food
2)Follow it with a cup of warm milk
3)If you are vegan, lactose-intolerant/ sensitive, or simply want to skip the milk, you can consume it with a cup of lukewarm water
4)Avoid if you have a fever or you are pregnant/lactating"
